Ok thanks Zath, cause my aunt has a P4P retail kit with the driver disk, so I’ll ask her if I can borrow that. The board comes with five PCI slots which provides ample space for upgrades. Share 3coom knowledge at the LQ Wiki.
Hopefully your problem is easier to fix than mine. But it’s not automatically connecting with my network once the drivers are installed, which happend with all my other machines. Over the past few months it worsened. The DX adds a few more toys firewire, etc.
